Trust & EU posture

Citeqly is seller-side questionnaire automation. Topic packs steer drafts toward NIS2 supply-chain and DORA ICT third-party language. Every Ask/draft can show an explicit EU mapping footer with article themes — not a full GRC control library.

Data handling (demo → pilot)

• · Customer docs and answers stay in the workspace database; no training on customer content by default.
• · Demo stack uses EU-capable Postgres locally; paid production pilots are hosted in the EU (Ireland/EU region) before regulated logos.
• · Model provider: OpenAI API for drafting only — prompts include retrieved policy chunks. DPA available for paid pilots.
• · Human approve is mandatory before export — citations + actor + timestamp retained for the pilot report.
• · Retention: pilot workspaces can be wiped on request after the engagement.
