Question. Describe access control and least-privilege enforcement.
Draft. Access is provisioned through named accounts with role-based permissions. Privileged access is limited to operational need and reviewed on a scheduled basis. Production systems require MFA for administrative access.

European requirements
Citeqly helps teams identify questions related to NIS2 and DORA. It supports questionnaire completion but does not replace legal advice or a complete GRC programme.
Security
Data hosting. Production pilot data is stored in Neon Postgres in AWS Europe Central (Frankfurt). The application runs on Vercel.
Model usage. Drafts use the OpenAI API with retrieved passages from your documents. Customer content is not used to train Citeqly’s models or any third-party foundation model.
Retention. Pilot workspaces can be deleted on request after the engagement. See the DPA, privacy policy and subprocessors.
Pilot
